Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellations when they occasionally occur are a serious matter for a small bed & breakfast

In accordance with Tourist Board recommendation
we respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and there can be no allowance or reduction for cancellation or curtailment of bookings.

In the event of cancellation of your booking, you will lose your deposit, which is equivalent to the cost of your first night’s stay. However if we can fully re-let your room there will be no further charge to you and we will return your deposit less £20 administration charge.

Should we be unable to re-let your room for any part of your holiday then you will be liable for any portion of the booking we are unable to re-let.

If you cut short your booking or fail to arrive we will charge you for the full amount of your booking.

We strongly recommend all our guests to insure against cancellation

• Children over the age of 10 years are welcome.
• Parking is available for each room.
• We regret we cannot accept pets.
• Please note that we insist that our guests do not smoke or consume take-away meals in our home.
• Any damage to our property by guests will be charged for.
• Check in time is after 4p.m.
• Check out time is 10.00 a.m.
